Club Experience

Proper running mechanics is the foundation for all sports! Before you can learn speed and agility, we need to learn mobility. In MaxOut, we will focus on learning how to move our body through drills, running, stretching, utilizing speed ladders, mini hurdles, and the greatest piece of equipment there is, “Our Body”. Speed, Sprints & Agility will teach proper sprint mechanics for all kids interested in increasing their overall fitness level, agility and SPEED! Jumping & Bounding will teach proper jumping, bounding and landing. This will help increase overall strength and agility. Yoga & Pilates will help increase flexibility and dexterity.

Provider Story

My name is Marcia, I was a Division 1 collegiate athlete at Central Michigan University and have a BSBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. I have competed in Track & Field since I was in 7th grade. I am a certified Mobility, Speed and Agility coach that specializes in working with youth. I was an assistant high school coach (Sprints & Hurdles) for 4 years, and speed trainer now for more than 6 years. This is my second season as Allatoona Jr. Bucs Head Track & Field coach. My goal is to help each child reach their Maximum potential!
