Before Clubs Start

  • Every student participating in enrichment clubs after school Must Be Pre-Registered for ASP. This is to prepare for the possibility that a parent/guardian is late or unable to pickup the student at the time of dismissal. You will only be charged by Cobb County if your child stays in ASP. Download the ASP Parent Sign Up Guide Here
  • Please update your ParentVue GoSafe account for every day that your child will stay after school for a FunClubs' program.
  • Students are sent to the Gym by their teachers after car-riders and bus-riders are dismissed to meet their enrichment instructors.

Dismissal After Clubs

  • Dismissal Time for most programs will be at 3:30pm (please review your confirmation email for specific class times or log into your FunClubs Active Account). If you student is in a 2nd hour program, dismissal will be at 4:40pm.
  • Dismissal Location for students designated as Car-Riders will be escorted to the Front of the School (please plan to arrive a few minutes early).
  • Students will only be signed out to their parent or guardian who must be on the pick-up list on that student’s registration. Alternatively, the parent or guardian may send a note authorizing an alternative pick-up person.
  • Students participating in ASP will be signed into ASP following club dismissal.

Cancellations & Absences

  • FunClubs after school programs will follow the public school calendar. Classes will not meet on scheduled holidays, teacher work days, early release days, etc.
  • In the event of inclement weather, FunClubs will follow the public school closing decisions.
  • When a class is canceled for any reason, FunClubs will attempt to schedule a make up class if the semester has additional weeks available (before the Winter Break or Summer Break).
  • If your child will be absent for any reason, please contact your school's front office and they will notify your child's instructor. Please note that we are unable to provide makeup classes for individual students who are absent.

Sign Up Tips

  1. When you click SIGN UP you will be redirected to our registration page hosted by ActiveNet.
  2. Place ALL of the clubs in your cart at the same time that you wish to register for, including classes for different children. You can also increase the Quantity to 2 if two siblings are taking the same class together.
  3. As soon as you choose a class and place it in your cart when registration opens, those classes will be held for you until you complete the registration process.
  4. If a class says Waitlist Only, do still join the class. There is often some movement that happens after the first days of registration that helps open up spots for students on the waitlist.
  5. Once you hit the red CONTINUE button, you will be able to assign your selected programs to different children, if applicable.
  6. Returning Customers DO NOT Need to Sign-In first to register. Simply click on SIGN UP, add the classes you want into your cart, and then you will be prompted to enter your account email and password (this will ensure you've added the classes you want first). It is still a good idea to confirm your password before beginning the registration process.
  7. If you are looking for a Specific Program, Filter by SESSION TYPE on the left-hand side.
  8. Classes can be viewed by SESSION LIST or CALENDAR, which will allow you to see all program schedules at once.
  9. All discounts, including automatic discounts such as sibling discounts, and provider coupon codes, will be added on the checkout page (on the last page of the registration process).

How do I create a new student account?

Please note that creating an account before registration opens is not possible, but as soon as you choose a class and place it in your cart when registration opens, those classes will be held for you until you complete the registration process.

Here are a few tips:
1) Know which classes you want to sign up for beforehand.
2) If registering more than one student, you can select all of their classes at the same time and assign who will attend each later during the registration process. If two students are doing the same class, just increase the Quantity in the cart to 2.
3) If a class says Waitlist Only, do still join the class. There is often some movement that happens after the first days of registration that helps open up spots for students on the waitlist.

Welcome to FunClubs at Hollydale!

Please note that creating an account before registration opens is not possible, but as soon as you choose a class and place it in your cart (on 10/28 at 8pm or shortly after), those classes will be held for you until you complete the registration process.

Here are a few tips:

  1. Know which classes you want to sign up for beforehand
  2. If registering more than one student, you can select all of their classes at the same time and assign who will attend each later during the registration process. If two students are doing the same class, just increase the Quantity in the cart to 2.
  3. If a class says Waitlist Only, do still join the class. There is often some shuffling that happens after the first days of registration that helps open up spots for students on the waitlist.

The second tip is important because parents will sometimes register one child and then start the process all over again for the 2nd child...this increases the chance that a class may sell out in the meantime.

Hope this all helps!
