LET'S DANCE HIP HOP (K-3RD)

Join us in Let’s Dance for an energetic and creative dance class this semester! We give kids in K-3rd the chance to learn new skills and grow in confidence, all while dancing to fun, popular music in an encouraging environment. Our lessons and choreography are designed to help K-3rd grade students learn the foundations of Hip-Hop and Jazz Technique. With the help of our experienced and encouraging teachers, your child will grow in their creative expression through movement!

Keep your favorite player in the game! In our Sports Medicine School, students will role-play the key responsibilities of a sports medicine physician through learning about cramping, Athlete’s Foot, why we sweat, hand and knee injuries, hydration, stretching, concussions, and more!

Marietta Martial Arts's ASP Karate is a great way for students to get introduced to martial arts. In our weekly class, kids love the kicking and punching from Karate. But it's more than kicking and punching.....it's about life skills. Skills like Respect, Focus, and Self-Discipline (aka self-control).

From the science of baking to the skills of decorating, Cakery Club will teach students how to create edible masterpieces! Students will learn how to make doughs, batters and frosting. They will learn the techniques used in decorating cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and cookies using frosting, fondant, chocolate and more. They will have a blast decorating treats to take home while learning key skills. Students are asked to bring an apron, hand towel and a container (large enough for two cupcakes) to each class. All other supplies will be provided. Choose from Two Weekday Options!

Coding Club (1st-5th)

The Coding Club meets in-person during After-School from the comfort of the computer lab!  The kids join us after school each week as we teach them to code awesome games and apps in Scratch. And this year we’re offering a special perk for the kids who attend our After-School program.  Each weekend we’ll host a Roblox gaming event online for the kids to join and have fun with their classmates, the Roblox Game Night is included in the price too! Our program incorporates a variety of games, role play, writing, reading and music into our daily curriculum in order to generate and maintain the interest of each child.  We use a positive reinforcement classroom management style to build self-esteem and maximize student participation and productivity. Class size is limited to an appropriate student-teacher ratio geared toward a positive and effective interaction between the teacher and students, and optimal classroom management.  Student placement is based on grade level, ability and prior Spanish language experience.

LEGO Club (K-3rd)

Calling all Master Builders! 
Come join us in building jaw-dropping, awesome and head-spinning LEGO models! In this advanced club, children will use our signature “Project 1 Kit” to build the most complex of our over 1,000 different proprietary motorized models from our over 200 unit-themes. Kids will learn about important S.T.E.A.M. concepts and gain critical creative, cognitive, social and emotional learning skills through the power of LEGO building and hands-on problem solving. Through exploring their imaginations, creativity, and pushing themselves to build more challenging models each week, the students will gain confidence, curiosity and understanding in math, science and engineering. The semester ends with a STEM Graduation, where each child takes home a diploma and a mini-figure!

Our program offers the opportunity for students to be exposed to and develop skills in the sport of cheerleading with dance and leadership infusion. Each session will provide students will cheerleading choreography & skills with a course in manners, etiquette, and social techniques aligned with the 21st-century curriculum.

Ninja Trix (1st or 2nd Class)

This action packed program focuses on exciting drills that incorporate parkour in a safe and fun environment. Students will use running, jumping, vaulting, climbing and rolling techniques to move through obstacles smoothly while having a BLAST. Students will also increase strength and flexibility while gaining confidence, discipline and focus! Provided by Ultimate Karate & Fitness.

LEGO Robotics & Coding (3-5th)

Come step into the future with Bricks4Kidz in our LEGO Robotics class. Children will get to explore the far reaches of their imaginations and get hands-on experience with interactive and fun technology with EV3 Robots and Scratch coding! Kids get the opportunity to build their own LEGO robots, code their own video games, and watch them come to life by programming the robots’ actions and movements with our software to do specific challenges and tasks in fun in-class competitions! Listen to them make music with a LEGO guitar, create a racing rabbit, and much more! Each child will have the chance to create his or her own mini-figure that they will take home at the end of the session!

KIDZKEYS PIANO (K-3RD)

Join KidzKeys-Piano Club this semester and learn piano skills that will last a lifetime! KidzKeys gives kids in K-3rd Grade the chance to explore and express their own creativity - all while having fun learning piano with friends! We bring keyboards for every student, so all your child needs to do is get excited about learning piano! Our Color-Coded lessons are crafted to help K-3rd grade students quickly learn to read music on their own! With the help of our encouraging and highly trained teachers, your child will learn 5 new songs each semester.
